Miami Ironside, the creative community in Upper Eastside and the new home of Laufen North America, presents an exciting series of fringe events to celebrate the inaugural year of MAISON&OBJET Americas, Paris's premier design fair coming to Miami, May 12-15. Events include our personal favourite from our Laufen friends Zanini de Zadine and curator Beto Cocenza. Join them for morning conversation and breakfast while discovering more about the Balance Project BOOMSPDESIGN – a re-imagining of childhood swing sets fitted for gardens and city squares 9:30 AM, Bocce Ball Court Thursday May 14th 2015.

LAUFEN and Miami Ironside present Fête du Design to celebrate the inaugural year of MAISON&OBJET Americas, Paris's premier design fair coming to Miami. The event will be held Friday, May 15, 7:00-10:00pm
To close out the week, Ironside’s showrooms and studios open their doors for a final night celebrating art, design and creativity on the Upper Eastside. Guests are invited to experience the campus all lit up, to meet and connect with industry friends, and a chance to see and discover everything our creative district has to offer. The evening will also feature live jazz performances, French flair cuisine, specialty cocktails, and a featured talk and public performance with French design duo Mel & Kio. ICFF, New York City
ICFF will be held May 16-19 at the Javits Center in New York City where Laufen North America will be on display in booth 2112 (L1). The 27th annual ICFF plays host to more than 32,000 interior designers, architects, retailers, representatives, distributors, facility mangers, developers, manufacturers, store designers and visual merchandisers. LAUFEN will present its latest product launches for SaphirKeramik, Kartell by Laufen and Il Bagno Alessi One. Laufen will also be participating with Blog Tour NYC – follow all the design news from New York with #BlogTourNYC
Positioned right on the show floor, ICFF Talks features panels of industry leaders discussing changes, new introductions, materials and trends in the interior design world As part of this educational element of the show ICFF Talks will include Design Intelligence: Join Marc Viardot, Director of Marketing and Products for Laufen, and internationally acclaimed architect and designer, Roberto Palomba as they explore the intelligent integration of people, materials and production processes so that high-quality, emotional and functional bathroom spaces arise. With this deep understanding of the industrial design process between architects and manufacturers, design professionals will gain valuable insights into bathroom culture and how to leverage design intelligence to create their own unique room environments.

Dwell on Design, Los Angeles
Dwell on Design will take place on May 29-31, 2015 at the Los Angeles Convention Center where LAUFEN Bathrooms North America will be in booth 2200. This three-day event will feature more than 400 exhibitors presenting more than 2,000 products, over 250 speakers across three stages, continuing education seminars, 5 full-scale prefab homes, and much more in what is known as America’s Largest Design Event.
