INAUGURATION OF LAUFEN SPACE MILANO

We are grateful to have celebrated the opening of our space with wonderful and inspiring people from around the world. We would like to thank everyone who made this day special and who enriched the space with their ideas.

It was a night to remember. On a warm evening on September 6, 2021 we gathered some of the most talented and inspiring people in the design world and beyond to help us inaugurate the new LAUFEN space, Milano. We are grateful to have celebrated the opening of our space with creatives from around the world who are just as invested in the future of design as we are.

The new space is located on the second floor of an elegant building in via Manzoni.  It is the perfect point of contact between the fashion district, Piazza Della Scala, the Duomo, and Brera, one of the most fascinating districts of the city, synonymous with art and design.

For the opening week LAUFEN space Milano, designed by Matteo Fiorini with Studio LYS, hosted a temporary installation created by the same designers with the provocative title ‘Am I open-minded?’. A suspended installation, where LAUFEN products are scattered throughout the space just like sculptures in an art gallery, reflected the light on the walls and created a techno color display on the ceiling. It was truly a sight to see.

We would like to thank everyone who made this day special and who enriched the space with their ideas. Installation of Studio Lys, coming together with key architects, designers, stakeholders, opinion leaders, and creatives for making it a night to remember for the entire  community.
