La Isla y el Mar, Lanzarote, Spain

The boutique hotel La Isla y el Mar is one of the main tourist resorts of the idyllic island Lanzarote, located in Puerto del Carmen, just a few metres from the city centre and within walking distance of many of the city’s attractions.

Each of the resort’s 81 modern and stylishly furnished suites is designed to immerse visitors in a paradisiacal and relaxing oasis with panoramic views onto the Atlantic Ocean. The resort also houses a wellness and beauty centre.

The bathrooms are equipped with unique washbasins, specially designed for this project and made to measure in Sentec, a solid surface material with high microbial resistance. The Kartell • LAUFEN shower trays, which are also made of the same material, come with accessories from the same collection in shades of orange. The toilets of the Palace series complete the fittings. All these outstanding products contribute to create an elegant and modern atmosphere that can be breathed throughout the hotel.

This luxury hotel has been awarded the Biosphere-Smart Hotel certificate, which characterizes the accommodation as complying with international sustainability requirements, as it uses the latest technologies and renewable energy resources to reduce CO2 emissions.
