On June 21, LAUFEN BENELUX, the Swiss bathroom specialist, marked a significant achievement by celebrating 25 years of design and architecture excellence. The prestigious event took place at Het Nieuwe Instituut in Rotterdam, the leading research and promotion center for art, architecture, and design. The highlight of the celebration was an engaging talk titled ‘Art Meets Architecture,’ where speakers Sofia Pia Belenky and Martina Muzi shared their insights and perspectives on the international design scene.

One such notable collaboration is ‘The Place to Pee’ installation in Ghent. Created in collaboration with the University of Ghent and Hydrohm, this innovative project introduces Save! WCs with urine separators, revolutionizing wastewater management and showcasing our commitment to sustainable practices. These initiatives reflect LAUFEN’s philosophy and design approach, addressing critical issues such as sustainability, the circular economy, and technology.
Showcasing the Essence of LAUFEN Benelux

Notably, the launch of our “The New Classic” collection designed by Marcel Wanders showcased the harmonious blend of timeless elegance and modern functionality within the neoclassical setting of Huis Barnaart in Haarlem in October 2019.
