LAUFEN at Revestir 2026
A Contemporary Oasis in São Paulo
A Contemporary Oasis in São Paulo
From 9 to 13 March, LAUFEN participated in Expo Revestir 2026 in São Paulo, one of the most important architecture and design events in Latin America. The exhibition brought together architects, designers, developers and industry professionals, providing a platform for dialogue around materials, innovation and contemporary living environments.
At the fair, LAUFEN presented a dedicated stand conceived as an architectural environment rather than a traditional product display. The installation invited visitors to explore the brand’s latest collections through a spatial experience designed to slow the pace of the exhibition and create a moment of calm within the dynamic context of the fair.
The concept of the stand drew inspiration from the idea of a contemporary oasis. Soft volumes, diffused lighting and a subtle integration of natural elements created a quiet and reflective atmosphere. Within this setting, LAUFEN’s products were presented not as isolated objects but as components of a coherent architectural system, illustrating LAUFEN’s approach to the bathroom as an integrated living space.
Visitors were able to discover a curated selection of LAUFEN collections, including Volta, Sonar, IBA and The New Classic. The presentation also highlighted the potential of VITREON steel, the brand’s glazed steel material that expands the architectural possibilities of the bathroom through refined geometries and precise detailing.
During the fair, Marcel Wanders visited the stand, offering his perspective on The New Classic and engaging with visitors around the enduring relevance of the collection within contemporary projects. Together, these presentations illustrated the dialogue between design authorship, material innovation and industrial craftsmanship that characterises LAUFEN’s approach.
Through this participation, LAUFEN reaffirmed its commitment to design excellence, material innovation and responsible production, presenting a vision of the bathroom that combines functionality, architectural clarity and a sense of wellbeing.
