Smart living comes to life at SOCO One

Located in South Coquitlam, Canada, SOCO is a dynamic community comprising residences, rental homes, and retail and office space. Seven towers and a six-storey rental building will, by the completion date, provide 2,242 modern homes, complemented with impressive indoor and outdoor amenities. Developed by the award-winning IBI Group Architects, the design of the homes combines subtle, curved forms with striking functionality, demonstrating the power of simplicity in creating smart living spaces.

As part of the first phase of the project, SOCO One, LAUFEN provided washbasins and toilets from the LAUFEN PRO collection to equip 360 full bathrooms and 115 half bathrooms. The understated and utilitarian ethos of the overall home design is reflected in this enduringly popular collection renowned for its timeless appeal and people-focused forms.
