Opening in June 2025, Tribe Budapest Airport Hotel combines digital art, urban energy and selected LAUFEN bathroom solutions, enhancing the contemporary design of this new destination near Terminal 2.
Located beside Budapest Airport Terminal 2, the Tribe Budapest Airport Hotel – developed under the Accor group – combines contemporary architecture, digital art and refined design in a new urban landmark. Opening in June 2025, the four-star superior hotel brings together architecture, digital art and contemporary design to create a vibrant destination for modern travellers. With 167 rooms, a conference centre for up to 150 people, two meeting rooms, a top-floor gym and a panoramic skybar overlooking the runway, the project redefines airport hospitality with a bold and connected character.
Designed by Aspektus Architect Zrt., the architecture reflects the Tribe brand’s cosmopolitan and energetic spirit. The façade is defined by geometric forms and dynamic digital projections that turn the building into a visual landmark. Inside, the interior concept by este’r partners balances functionality and creativity, with vivid red accents, sleek materials and an atmosphere that encourages both productivity and relaxation.
In the private areas, selected bathrooms feature LAUFEN products that contribute to the hotel’s refined aesthetic and comfort. These include the semi-recessed LIVING washbasin, the INEO concealed cistern system with a matching push plate, and super-flat Marbond PRO shower trays. For specific configurations, a bespoke installation system was developed to meet the project’s technical requirements. Together, these elements provide the durability, hygiene and timeless design required for an international hotel environment.

The selected LAUFEN solutions contribute to the overall architectural expression, highlighting the brand’s capacity to combine precision engineering with contemporary aesthetics.
