  • Smart Toilets 2 years (electronic components only)
  • Whirlpool spas 2 years

  • Cistern Internals and Wastes 1 year

*Lifetime guarantee on all ceramic disk cartridges.

+ Applicable to brassware and showers purchased from 1st March 2025. Brassware and showers purchased before this date has a 5 year product guarantee 

** Applicable to furniture purchased from 1st March 2026. Furniture purchased before this date has a 2 year product guarantee
