From 3 April to 18 May, LAUFEN takes part in Casa Decor 2025, one of Spain’s leading interior design events, held in a historic building in central Madrid. For this special edition, the Swiss bathroom specialist presents a poetic and immersive installation designed by Marcel Wanders, based on his acclaimed THE NEW CLASSIC collection.
Inspired by timeless elegance, the “New Classic” installation reinterprets classic forms through a contemporary lens. The space at Casa Decor features sculptural basins, refined faucets, sophisticated sanitaryware, and a classically shaped bathtub; all presented in a domestic-like setting. These elements echo the forms of armchairs, lamps, and other familiar objects, offering visitors a bathroom experience rooted in comfort, contemplation, and harmony.
